Sara Conforti
Conforti has created art and performative projects, social sculpture and public engagement practices. Assistant to Michelangelo Pistoletto and cultural manager of Cittadellarte – Fondazione Pistoletto, since 2011 she has held the office of president of hòferlabproject, a platform for building participatory and instructional projects on the connection between fashion and the social, artistic, cultural, and productionsystem. In 2013 she created the 13600HZ - Concert for Sewing Machines performative project. In 2017 she founded the Lalàgeatelier Dispositivi Vestimentari network, of which she is artistic director, in collaboration with the non-profit Fermata d’Autobus for the dual diagnosis of women victims of abuse and violence.
Bruno Smadja
Smadja is organizer and creator of the Mobile Film Festival (MFF), now in its 17th year. His dream is to discover new cinema talent. The main idea of the MFF can be summarized as “one cellphone, one minute, one film”. It addresses current issues: unequal wages, intimate partner violence, gender disparity, and environmental activism. International in scope, the MFF in partnership with the United Nations offers a scholarship (€310,000) for the production of film projects on the defense of the planet and human rights.
Enrico Vannucci
Vannucci is programmer and member of the film selection committee of the Pardi di domani section, Locarno Film Festival. He is co-founder of the Torino Short Film Market and selection committee member of Less Is More (LIM) since 2019. He covers major festivals and was consultant for short films for the Venice Film Festival from 2014 to 2020. Together with Carla Vulpiani, in 2018 he co-founded Variocoloured, a distribution company for holistic short films. He is on the executive board of Talking Shorts, an online film magazine devoted to short films; he curates the weekly Short Talk podcast. In March 2020, he created the My Darling Quarantine Short Film Festival for collecting donations in support of culture.
