Story follows a curious journey of a simple plastic beverage bottle, with a sweepstake sticker for a million in currency. It starts with two businessmen on their lunch break, who mention the possibility of winning the prize, yet neither would collect it, each for different reason. Bottle then comes into the hands of a kitchen worker who tries to check if it is a winning one. Warned by the chef not to do it, she throws the trash out of the diner. Tempted to check the bottle, she almost gets hit by the speeding car. Kitchen worker resigns, and the bottle gets into the hands of a ragged bottle collector. He collects all the bottles from the trash container, and heads for the levee. In the vicinity of the levee, the bag tears and the bottle is loose again. It ends in the hands of a young man, taking his girlfriend for a romantic walk that she doesn't enjoy. He proposes to her using the cork of the bottle. Fed up by his frivolous lifestyle, and disappointed by his gesture, girl breaks up with him. However, the cork is a winning one...
