Since studying a BA in Philosophy Anna has dedicated her life to stories, specifically those which express the worldview of the speaker. Her work directing theatre and strong pedagogic background have allowed her to work on diverse projects and using different visual languages to create far reaching audiences. Since moving to Mexico city in 2011 she has collaborated in projects with Carlos Reygadas, Wiktoria Szymanska y Carlos Hagerman. She has written two feature length screenplays one of which was a finalist for the Sundance Screenwriters lab and is now in pre-production and is the co-writer of the short film Mercy which has been in the official selection of numerous film festivals including Toulouse Latin American Film festival. She is now finished her first animated short film "Bzzz", while working on her feature documentary "Heart of the Forest" which is filmed in lake Como, Italy, in fall 2016.
