At the beginning of the 20th century, after the first World War, many Flemish farmers emigrated to France to farm the land. Six descendants, some of whom experienced this exile, share with us their memories.
While this story is on the verge of the oblivion, they seek to preserve it, and give account of it through objects and family ar- chives.
They become the guardians of a memory and resist to the disappearance of their past.
