Jimmy T. Marukami (San JoseÌ, California 1933) debuted in 1963 with the animated short film The Insect. Director and producer, he works mainly in sci-fi films and live action animation. His works include: Battle Beyond the Stars (1980), Heavy Metal (1981) and Sins of the Flesh (2000).
