Stefano Di Lauro


Stefano Di Lauro works as stage director, composer and writer (his essay La mosca nel bicchiere ... La poetica di Carmelo Bene, was published by edizioni I libri di Icaro). Audiovisual and experimental works to his credit include: Ali for Frequent Flyers (2000), a video clip from the installation of the same name by sculptor Alfio Cangiani and photographer Nicola Amato; Dif_ferita ... a cube 4 Dido (2001), based on Book IV of Virgil's Aeneid; Requiem for a Lone God (2003), taken from Gnostic texts; and Antigone tragedia balcanica audiovisiva (2009), an installation exhibited at the Palazzo Ateneo, Bari.
