Since 2000 he has written for "La Stampa" on a wide range of topics, including welfare and labor, space exploration, austerity, and the economic crisis. Feature writer since 2009, he has covered conferences on climate change, the nuclear emergency in Japan after the 2011 earthquake, cooperation and development in Ghana and South Africa, environmental refugees in Bangladesh. Currently chief editor of the supplement and website “La Stampa-Tuttogreen”, he writes about top issues such as sustainability, the environment, and climate change. He is the president of FIMA, the Italian Federation of Environmental Media. He received the 2017 Reporter for the Earth award.
