Val Guest (1911), English director, starts his career as a theatrical actor. Soon enough in 1932 he shifts to the cinema industry, for which he works as screen play writer, producer and director. In 1943 he debuts as director and in 1955 he directs one of British science fiction masterpieces: The Quatermass Experiment. Among his films are: Quatermass II, The Abominable Snowman of the Himalayas e When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth.
