Received a degree in social communication before going on to specialize in TV production with ISCSP, University of Lisbona. He is a movie critic and editor of Magazine.HD, and former director of Premiere. He curates the blog Imagens de Fundo in theJornal de Letras e Visão. Documentary titles to his credit include Father what is the Crisis? (2012), The Memories cannot be deleted (2014), and Mar Urbano Lisboa (2019). He has curated reviews and programs for various festivals in Portugal and elsewhere. He is a member of FIPRESCI, and since 2012 is head of programming for CineEco - Festival International de Cinema Ambiental da Serra da Estrela.
