Head of communications for WWF International since 2008, Atkin worked for over 20 years as director, producer, and editor for British TV networks, in addition to reporting for radio and the printed media. He was creative director for Greenpeace International for 7 years, during which he handled audiovisual, photographic and print production. He has produced and directed reportage and documentaries for NGOs around the world and was awarded for The Boat and the Bomb for Greenpeace International.
