Summer 2012. Starting from the idea of telling the story of how their natal Puglia has changed, Mariangela Barbanente and Cecilia Mangini have made a road movie that interweaves archive footage with contemporary images, developing a dialogue crosses space and time, stopping to take a critical look at the case of Taranto, and raising questions about the effect of industrialization on traditionally rural areas, a topic Mangini investigated in her documentaries filmed 50 years ago.
