London 1851. On the eve of the first Universal Exhibition, Ray Steam, a young boy from a family of scientists, receives a mysterious metallic sphere as a present from his grandfather who lives in America. However, the Ohara Foundation is also very interested in the object and starts chasing the boy. The strange object is, in fact, a powerful device that produces high pressure steam.
