An anusual meeting between a white teacher and black child from the slums of Nairobi. Filled with sarcasm and irreverence, this documentary reveals the conditions of local children, poverty, hunger and AIDS. This is one of the results of a decade's worth of collaboration between Giobbe Covatta and AMREF, the largest non-profit health organization operating in East Africa, which was founded in Nairobi in 1957 and continues to provide health care programs in 14 countries.
