Robbie spends his days at school or riding his bicycle around the neighborhood. Watching the stars from his bedroom window, he dreams of interplanetary space travel. When his grandmother suffers a heat stroke, he realizes the moment has come for him to intervene. Donning a helmet and white moonboots, he climbs into his rocket and heads for the stratosphere where he will close the hole in the ozone layer and thus save his granmother.
