Then the drama of reconstruction, which in some cases was never undertaken. Using rare Mauro Meli archive footage, Gabriele Gismondi takes us to Poggioreale, a ghost town that was left to ruin. Through effective editing and a soundtrack comprising news commentary in the days after the event, we revisit a village where time stopped on 14 January 1968.
