D.M.V. Deflusso minimo vitale

by Luciano Menaldino Documentary Italia 2000 31'

The D.M.V. of title is the minimum quantity of water needed by a river to survive. The life of the river would be in danger by the central SEVAL that would build on the Chiusella flood. Italy is full of catherdals in the desert, buildings that exist only for private and speculative interests. The cathedral that SEVAL would build in Issiglio, in Valchiusella, would be destinated to be one of these. This Central would not bring nor work neither energy in the valley and would be remebered just for having ruined one of the most wonderful parts of Chiusella.
