A journey to discover the unknown inhabitants of planet Earth: insects and other living beings caught in their natural habitat of grass and water, plants and dewdrops big as balloons, often invisible and (in)voluntarily squashable microorganisms. We learn about their habits, routines, and little tricks. The film took 15 years of research, 3 years to film 8000 meters of footage, and 6 months to edit.
