Scales, glassy eyes, fins, and piles of other body parts. Such are the first impressions of a Norwegian fish factory. The production line starts at the fish tanks, from there the fish are loaded onto conveyor belts, then eviscerated by hand before entering machines where they are processed and packaged for distribution to wholesalers. A blood-stained process that contrasts with the snow-covered Scandinavian landscape.
