Sam, an English student, admires people with a mission in life. So, with James Newton, he decided to go to the Amazon forest to meet sister Dorothy Stang, later assassinated by killers hired by the powerful interest groups destroying the rainforest. Filmed before, Stang's assassination, the documentary recounts the 30 years she spent trying to help destitute farmers fight against illegal deforestation. Sadly, it is also the chronicle of a pre-announced death.
