Late Winter

A poetic exploration of the impermanence of things, the film attempts to capture the passing beauty and anxiety associated with a period of awaiting: the wait for the birth of the filmmaker's child, the transition of his industrial neighbourhood into a residential one, the melting of ice covering the canal's current, the preparation for mass flight by a flock of birds, the change of season.
