Lagunemine

by Nicola Piovesan 2012 73'

Three stories, three portraits, three different ways to live and work in a remote area of the Venetian Lagoon, far unlike the tourist mecca close by. A rarefied, still atmosphere of symbiosis with the surroundings waters lies over a place where time seems to stand still; a place on the fringe where life's natural rhythms flow as they have since the beginning; an anthropological perspective on a forgotten world fated to inevitably vanish for ever.<%YOUTUBE=2Qqw8NM5ApQ%>
