Jaguar

It tells the adventures of three characters who as in a road movie decide to change life and walk all the way to Accra; before leaving, one of them performs a ritual to gain the protection of the gods. Damouré is a scribe, Lam is a shepherd and Illo is is a fisherman. After crossing the border, they decide to separate as revealed to them during the ritual dance. Illo and Lam settle down along the journey, the former joins the Ewé fishermen and the latter becomes a perfume tradesman, while Damouré reaches Accra.Thanks to his job as a labourer,he becomes a"˜jaguar',a sort of fashionable play-boy.At the end of a series of happenings, all three meet up again. They come back to their village and become the kings, after having lost all their money in only one day.
