In Italy, over 600 public buildings remain completed: stadiums that have never held games or spectators; hospitals that have never admitted patients; theaters that have never seen a performance. They have become landmarks and examples of a national policy promoting a sort of modern style in public architecture. Benoit Felici guides us on a tour of building sites which have often been transformed and put to use by local inhabitants. Freely based on Marc AugeÌ's book Le temps en ruine (2003), the film has been shown at numerous festivals including Clermont-Ferrand and IndieLisboa.<%YOUTUBE=66ClTSczDIU%>
