An old Russian general's nightmares are replaced by magical, fun-filled dreams when he adopts a playful dog, to whom he gives an unusual name: Bonaparte. To end a long lasting war grudge of the birds against the General, clever Bonaparte organizes a dog mutiny demanding that all caged birds be freed immediately. Hundreds of dog sitting on the frozen river are soon in danger as the ice starts to break.
