After a fire razed the ethylene factory ICAM in Priolo, Sicily, in 1985, the plant was rebuilt in a record 11 months thanks to considerable technological skills, the joint collaboration of many Italian companies, and the efforts of the ENI workers. After collaborating on Joris Ivens' L'Italia non è un paese povero (1960) Paolo and Vittorio Taviani and Valentino Orsini rejoined to make this interesting documentary.
