Conceived, written and directed by Isabella Rossellini, the Green Porno series began in 2008 as an experiment of the Sundance Film Festival (www.sundancechannel.com) website, a series of shorts on environmental topics for the general public. Then came the idea to expand it to a colourful, entertaining format, while maintaining a scientifically accurate content. In the 14 episodes (8 in the first, 6 in the second) Rossellini interprets various different animal species, insects, invertebrates or fish in the act of reproduction.
