Reggie is a lucky turkey to live in a world far different from that of his feathered kind: pardoned on Thanksgiving Day by the president of the United States, Reggie spends his days eating pizza and watching TV at Camp David. His first meeting with Jake, the founder and only member of the Turkey Liberation Front, is difficult, but eventually they become friends and join forces to have turkey taken off the Thanksgiving menu. To complete their mission impossible, they return by time machine to 1621, determined to rewrite the original menu that has been the bane of turkeys ever since that first Thanksgiving.
