From the walls and roof tops Monsieur Chat, withhis sly smile, is our guide through the innumerable happenings that fill the poetical and political scene of the French capital. From the presidential election campaign in 2002 up to the war in Iraq, Marker increases the digressions, the eye winks, the 'boutades' and the witticisms, with the support of his travelling companion who understands the 'spirit of the times'.
