As Turin transforms from industrial city to a new, as
yet undefined identify, two bicycle repair shops were opened by people who
themselves experienced transition through bicycling. Though different in
background, they talk about how personal and professional change can be
achieved. On the margin of their story is that of the "collectors": people who
bike around the city and scavenge the skips for resalable or recyclable items.
