The Kalahari Desert, Botswana, Africa. Billy the mongoose can't find any more water for himself and his family. Just like many other of his animal friends (Socrates the lion, Angie the elephant, Giselle the giraffe, Grugno the water buffalo, Rino the Rhinoceros, and Toto the chimpanzee), Billy faces certain death.
