Educated at the bording schoolinVoldaanduniversitiesinBergenandOslo.Madeherdebutasdocumentary filmmaker with her gratuation film I kjÁ¦rleikens hus in 1995. In 1998 she had her first feature length documentary Dei mjuke hendenescreened at theaters, and received various awards.Olin's first fiction film was FraÌŠtseri which was one of seven films in the shortfilm series De 7 DÁ¸dssynder (2000).
