Strongly influenced by sci-fi letterature Nicholas Meyer (New York, 1945) starts as an amatorial film maker and lands the movie industry with taking care of Love Story's promotion campaign. Alternating screen play writing and direction, he reaches fame with Star Trek II: the Wrath of Khan. One of his latest works is The Human Machine.
