Completed his film studies before entering the computer sector. His directorial debut film was Nera - Not the Promised Land (2007) presented at the Bellaria Film Festival and the African, Asian and Latin American Film Festival, Milan, and other festivals. Other films to his credit include Il futuro del mondo passa da qui - City Veins, which earned him the Premio Joris Ivens at the Cinéma du Reel, and On the White’s Trails, which is running in the competition in 2011 CinemAmbiente.
