Valeria Castellano earned a degree in law from the Università Luigi
Bocconi, Milan, then went on to study journalism at the Almed School of
Journalism, and began working for Telelombardia and Mediaset. Le voci
del disastro (2011) is his reportage film; Nero d'Italia is his first
feature.
