Romualds Pipare (1951) studied geography at the University of Riga before working as a cameraman, screenplay writer and director for the Riga Documentary Film Studio, Studio Gilde and Latvia State Televi- sion. His works include: Eastern Border of Land (2000), Liberty Live (2001) and For All My Life (2003).
