She conducts the Rete 4 television show Pianeta Mare, and is president of forPlanet, an environmental conservation association. She has written numerous books, including Guida di Pianeta Mare (2008), Ricette di Pianeta Mare (2008), Guida del diportista ecologico (2008), Risparmiare in cucina. Su spesa, cotture, avanzi (2009) and with Marco Gisotti, she co-authored Guida ai green jobs. Come l’ambiente sta cambiando il mondo del lavoro (2009).
