Guido Chiesa


Guido Chiesa (b. 1959, Turin, Italy) worked in the U.S. from 1983 to 1990 as director's and production assistant for major directors such as Jim Jarmusch and Michael Cimino, as well as foreign correspondent for Radio RAI and Italian journals. His first feature film was Il caso Martello (1991), followed by Babylon: la paura è la migliore amica dell'uomo (1994), Materiale resistente (1995), Partigiani (1997), Non mi basta mai (1999), Il partigiano Johnny (2000), Un altro mondo è possibile (2001), Alice in paradiso (2002), Lavorare con lentezza (2004), La nostra Chiesa (2007). He has directed productions for major national TV networks and made video clips for the music groups Perturbazione, Afterhours, Marlene Kuntz & Assalti Frontali.
