Farida Pacha earned a master's degree from Southern Illinois University
and directed The Seedkeepers (2006) which won the Indian National Film
Award. My name Is Salt is her first feature and was presented at the
International Documentary Film Festival, Amsterdam, where it won the
First Appearance Award.
