Matthew Testa studied at the American Film Institute before working as author, director, and TV producer for PBS, National Geographic, and Animal Planet. He has made short documentaries for non-profit environmental organizations; titles to his credit include, Whale Wars (2008), The Buffalo War (2009), international prize winner, Vlogumentary (2016), and the series Murder Mountain (2018).
