Roze Stiebra lives and works in Latvia. Since graduating from the St. Petersburg Institute of Theater, Music and Film she has made over 60 award-winning short films. Her works include: The Rainy Day (1969), The Dog and the Wind (1978) and Ness and Nessie (1991).
