She was born in Turin in 1980 and moved to Argentina in 2002, where her family originally came from, and where she studied at the Institute of Film Arts. She then worked as programmer for the Festival Internacional de Cine de Derechos Humanos, which she directed for 4 years. She is the executive producer of numerous Italian documentaries filmed in Argentina, and has recently founded Mallku Films, a film production company.
