Rossella Schillaci specialized in anthro- pological documentary film directing at the Granada Centre for Visual Anthropology, Manchester, and has several documentaries to her credit, including Ascuntami (2000), Pratica e maestria (2005), Vjesh/Canto (2007), Shukri, A New Life (2010) and Altra Europa (2011).
