Myriam Laalej

Myriam earned her Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Burgandy, and went on to further her studies in the UK, achieving a Masters of International Law at the University of Manchester.
On her return to France, inspired to share her expanding knowledge and worldview she sought to further her education studying at a Ecole Superieure de Journalism (ESJ). In Paris, she worked for production company Ligne de Front as Assistant Director to Geraud Burin Des Roziers. After her two years there she produced a feature documentary on the Berber people living in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco.
Messaline Porchet Attinger
(French-Swiss)

Messaline studied at the University of Sorbonne (Paris 1), obtaining a Masters degree in the History of Immigration and Social Movements. Following her passion for cinema, she went on to further her studies in Paris and successfully completed her second Masters degree specialising in Image didactics.
After completing her education she took on an internship in Burkina Faso, participating in the organisation and programming of the Pan African Film Festival of Ouagadougo (FESPACO).
On returning to France she began providing workshops on cinema for schools and festivals.

In 2013, Myriam and Messaline co-founded with another collaborator, the association RevoScope mission is to promote the production and distribution of documentary films. They organise screenings, concerts and debates in various destinations around Paris expressing their passion for introducing more people to "˜the documentary' in its different cinematic forms. Between September 2014 and January 2016, they devoted themself to achieving their first feature documentary, "Retratos de una Resistencia indigena".
